The comfortable microfiber love seat folds out into a full double bed for guest sleeping and the two microfiber stuffed chairs are very comfortable. From the living room you can look out the opening glass wall over viewing the large swimming pool and sunsets.

There is a 3 piece bathroom with a large shower. The counter is granite with an under hung Am. Standard sink and large, well lighted mirror. The shower door is frameless, tempered glass. Additional storage can be found in the short hallway.

KITCHEN
